Marcel is a native of Phoenix, Arizona. Upon completion of his bachelor’s degree in business law at the W.P. Carey School of Business, he attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he received his Juris Doctor and a certificate in Data, Privacy and Security from the Center of Law, Science, and Innovation. Born to Romanian immigrants, he is the first in his family to attend law school.

When Marcel is away from the office, he spends his time with his family, plays soccer and basketball, and devoutly supports Manchester United and the Phoenix Suns.
